I have read that Lapua brass is the best but very expensive. WW is also reported to be of good quality.
I recently bought 300 new unprimed LC 308 cases from MidSouth for $30 per hundred. They appear to vary about 2-3 grs in weight.
IS IT WORTH MY TIME TO WEIGHT AND GROUP BRASS IN GROUPS THAT VARY NO MORE THAN 1 GR??
I realize that that would not make it premium brass but would the accuracy be improved that much over just using random weight brass?
This will used for cast bullet loads and general plinking loads, but I would like to achieve best accuracy possible with in reasonable limits.
Let me have your thoughts on this.
Thanks,
Centex Bill
