So…unfortunately, I recently had to “test” the warranty for my Q Trash Panda because of a baffle strike. I’m assuming the baffle strike was my fault and had nothing to do with the can or my rifle…long, hot day at the range and I probably didn’t thread the can on properly - that was stupid of me for sure! When I say I had to “test” their warranty, I mean: “do they cover stupid” and to my very pleasant surprise, they did!
I reached out to them via their customer service email and received a response the next day, telling me to ship it back so they could take a look (they provided a RMA and shipping label). After about two weeks and not hearing anything, I received an email stating my can is repaired and will be shipped back to me! I replied and asked what the charge was and they told me it was covered under the warranty! Amazing can, awesome warranty and outstanding customer service!
Just wanted to share my experience with anyone who may be considering buying a Q suppressor and may be on the bubble! I’ll be a customer for life!
