Punching out a 6BR chamber

I have a Stiller Diamondback action with 3 6BR barrels 12 tw, 10tw, and 8 tw. I am thinking about punching the 10TW to something bigger to shoot 87 Vmax for long range varmints. I am told that the 6AI and the 243AI will not take out the BR chamber., the 6BR is 0.002' larger at the shoulder than both).

I don't want to put the money into cutting off the chamber and redoing everything. I would just go with a new barrel.

Would the 6 X 47 Lapua chamber take it out?

I know the 6 X 284 would work but I don't know if I want to go that big.

Make a 6 dasher out or it, I am quite sure you would like it. We do a lot of long range with ours. BBL life is great no recoil.
Just a sugestion

Yes I shoot a 6BRX in another gun, but I would like more speed, but that may be the way to go with this barrel.
