Pumpkin owners!!

How do I adjust the cut into the shoulder? I got the 1 page instructions that came with the pumpkin and I know how to adjust depth of cut but I can't figure out how to adjust the length of the cut so it cuts into the shoulder.

Thanks

If you look at the two largest set screws you want to loosen to one on the back of the tool farthest fom the cutter.
Now 90 degrees from the two large set screws on the outside ring that has the calibration lines on it is a tiny set screw. It makes contact with the flat side of the mandrel.
You can now set the length of your cut.

Got it, thanks. I don't know why I could not get that from the directions.

So the next question is- how far down into the shoulder do you turn?
