Pulsar Trail XP38

Hey I recently bought the pulsar trail XP38. I am having trouble connecting and staying connected with the WiFi. I was also wondering how and what format in which I can save the videos so that I can edit and play?
Any help would be awesome.

On the WiFi, don’t have any other devices trying to connect other than the one you want on it. Then don’t do anything else with your device other than the streamvision app. When all else fails, turn your trail off and start over again. So far that’s the best I’ve figured out. As far as the other goes, it’s above my pay grade.
