PTG XP-100 (Rem 600/660, Model 7) 1-pc. Bolt Group Buy

We've started a group buy with Dave Kiff of Pacific Tool and Gauge...he will

make a run of his new (one piece) bolts in XP length if we can provide orders

for (25) bolts. This bolt is for the XP-100, Rem. 600/660, and Model 7 actions.

Pacific offers the 1-piece integral bolt only in Rem 700 SA and LA currently.



Price will be $147 for the bolt body, see the link for more information. You have several options including bolt (cartridge face), etc. Kiff's bolts are NICE...

These bolts are not meant to be a direct replacement for an existing gun...they are meant for the individual who is building a gun using these actions...and wants the strength of the one-piece design, a threaded straight handle, a choice of cartridge faces and extractor type, etc. You can choose an undersize firing pin hole as well. If you add up all these features, versus labor charges to change your factory bolt....these make much more sense! (You can add fluting for $35.00 also!)

I talked to Dave Kiff this morning, and he is going to go ahead and take our orders for the XP length bolts...

Dave Kiff called yesterday afternoon with an update:

They have water-jetted the materials for the XP bolts in preparation of the "XP Length" bolts...

They are still working on the LARGE contract run of Rem 700 LA bolts...we will be up after that.

If you want a one-piece bolt for the Remington XP-100, XR-100, 600, 660 and Model Seven get your order in to PTG in the next week or so! It is unknown when the next run might be...(due to less demand than 700's).

Got my order in. Thanks for setting this up Mike. Timing couldn't be more perfect. Unfortunately, they aren't offering the undersized FP hole but still an awesome GB! TY!

Talked to PTG a few minutes ago...yep...any of their one-piece bolts will only be in factory standard firing pin hole size. I've corrected the group order page to reflect that. (And I'll review the other postings on the different forums)
