This morning my inbox has an invoice from an order placed in May/2017 thats been processed and payed for long ago. You'd have thought someone would have noticed the date?
I'm not sure what happened to a once dependable company but they absolutely suck lately.

Still waiting for some mini-16 extractors ordered December last.

Wow the exact same thing just happened to me I’ve already fired off an email requesting their system be purged of my credit card information due to them not being open yet and you can bet I will be on the phone the second they open this morning

Me too. The email was from 3dcartstores. I dont know if that's the company that they use for payments. So it might be a screw up on that companies end.

Sounds like you were right but I will call and speak to them anyway and ask that my information be purged just for peace of mind I have 13 minutes till they open

Sounds like they got hacked. I got a call last Sunday from my banks Fraud Dept. Some A-Hole out in South Carolina used my CC to buy 416.00 worth from Verizon Printing.
I don't know when the Credit Card information was stolen but it results in a new card,
a "Return of Stolen Funds" form and a oath on the Bible that you ain't making this up.
Funds were stolen last Saturday and Returned late yesterday. Been with this Credit Union for over 30 years but told my wife yesterday I would yank all my accounts if they didn't return my money, and soon. Their ears must have been burning.

All the more reason for everyone to ask them to purge their credit card information you can always use it again later if you so desire

Hopefully I can ease everyone’s mind just got off the phone with PT and G they said disregard any emails about recent charges something went on and they assured me any Internet orders they do not retain your credit card information hopefully this is true

My Cabela's card is now with Capital One. They offer an app that is linked to my card and anytime a purchase is made I get sent an immediate notification of the charge. If I don't recognize it I can contest it immediately. It seems to have really aided Capital One from getting stuck with fradulant charges

After 2 months waiting for a 40x rimfire firing pin (website did say if not in stock it’s custom made to order) I emailed them and I received the pin in 2 weeks. They mentioned they were short staffed.
I wouldn’t wait 2 years without some communication.

they have gun stuff nobody else has, I hope PT&G stays in business.

I actually have a good report on PTG (for a change), needed a M7 bolt for a project and figured I’d just bite the bullet and order the Mag BF bolt and wait for who knows how long...to my surprise I received an email notification in less than a week and got my part in less than two...

And I also got a notification like those above...so it evens out this time I guess

they were more then short staffed they act like i could care less ab out the order.
I sent a bolt in to be copied after 5 plus months i would up canceling the order.
