PTG reamer identification

I have a PTG .308 finish reamer I have recently aquired. The only identifying marks on it are the caliber (.308), a "1/15" which I presume is the manufacture date, a tolerance range (+.001" to +.0015"), "Finish" and PTG. It is a live pilot reamer, if that makes any difference.
I presume this is a standard SAAMI spec reamer, but I don't know for sure and I don't understand what the size tolerance spec is in reference to.
If one of you know and wouldn't mind explaining it to me, I'd really appreciate it.

If they arent sammi they usually say so. The tolerances are probly how oversize from minimum sammi they are.

The +.001 to .0015 would be a production grade reamer, and that is how far over SAAMI min spec it should have been when new.

Measure the appropriate surfaces with a set of micrometers.
