I have searched this and other sites and have failed in finding these detailed instructions. I thought that I had seen part of it here on A.S. a while ago. I cannot find that post again. I have e-mailed Tony Purdy a few times and have not gotten a response. If someone has access to the entire process, would you please share it ? Thanks.
