My son, Fredrick Jr, shot a 200-17X and a 200-18X in 300 yard F-Open today. He has shot one 600 yard FTR match a couple of years ago but this was his first Open match.
I do not know if the online national records are up to date or not but if they are, it looks like he could have set a new Junior record (he is 17). I am extremely proud of him and his performance. I watched him shoot the first match and when he was at shot 15 and still clean with a bunch of Xs I was really nervous while he seemed unfazed
In the third and last match of the day he shot a 199-11X so he ended with a total score of 599-46X.
Fredrick shot 6mm Dasher, Bat M action, Krieger 8 twist barrel, Jewell trigger, NF BR 42 scope and a Seb Neo rest. 105 Berger Target VLDs on top of Varget going at 2995.
