Prone Outrigger Scope Extender

Ray-Vin makes a really great Outrigger Scope Extender for use when shooting in the prone position. However, that item is only available from Ray-Vin sized to fit a 1" post. They do not make a similar item to fit a 3/4" post.

Does anyone know of any other maker who makes a similar item suitable for use with a 3/4" post?
