Demise of the beautiful Mauser-inspired CZ rifle actions has been no secret. I just perused CZ’s website and yep, no mention any longer of them. Surely the new modular rifle action is a step forward and will prove itself strong and reliable. But I’ll miss the old world craftsmanship and design of the rifle actions that brought CZ to the dance. While it’s inevitable that times change, I don’t have to like it.
