Problem and solution, seeing Hodgdon Reloading Center load data

For several months I have not been able to see any load data on that site. Today I called them and asked about it. It turns out that the problem is screen magnification. Typically this is controlled by holding down the control key and using the plus and minus keys. My normal procedure is to set this so that I can see the whole page at the maximum magnification possible. There is no information on the side to advise otherwise, BUT reducing the magnification to less than 100% solved the problem. I just thought that I would share this in case anyone else has had the same problem. In my own defense, this is the only site that I have seen where the magnification setting would cause data to be unavailable.

You can also press control and then scroll your mouse wheel to change screen size.

Or at the top right of your screen where the 3 little dots are at. Click it and scroll down to zoom. Then adjust to fit what you want

On a laptop you can use the finger pad and use it like a smart phone to change size of the page. i.e. Open or close 2 fingers.

Well, at least on my laptop.

Or you can hold one finger on the finger pad and move with another finger from either hand.

I have mine set to 90 %, and if I by accident change it, a little box to the right of the page url pops up with the size of the page. Then I click on that box and automatically defaults to my pre-set 90 % size.

I hope this helps me with an old windows laptop that I use a Teslong on. Right now it only shows on a partial screen.
