No hazmat charge and no option to use a credit card. I would be wary...

Natchez does that, either free shipping or no HazMat fee.
How do you guys find this stuff? All the legit businesses that have been around

I use Shooting Bot for reloading supply searching. https://www.shootingbot.com/
They search inventories of reputable sellers and allow members to sign up for in-stock alerts. You have to be quick though, I have gotten alerts and a 1/2 hour later the item is already out of stock. Especially popular powders and primers.

I love how they have all brands and all sizes in stock and ready to ship. lol
Good advice above. Maybe an AS Gold or Silver member that lives in the area could swing by tomorrow and do a recon in person at 610 Oak St, Maitland, FL 32751, USA

It's still crazy to me that even with all of the crazy pricing they have listed all of the online suppliers are still out of primers. While still not as cheap as I'd like but still better than most online prices I can get about any Federal or CCI primer at my LGS. They have stayed pretty well stocked for the past several months I just hope this doesn't change and only gets better as online suppliers possibly catch up but I just can't help but think enough hoarding is going on causing online suppliers to sell out. Buying more than you really need at these prices is just going to make these prices permanent.
