Primer pocket tool

I have read about, but cannot find, a tool to correct oversized primer pockets. The tool is used to restore the correct primer pocket size after repeated firings have caused the pockets to expand.

Can someone help with a source or article?

The tool will reduce the pocket size. The trick is in developing a process that will reduce it to the CORRECT size.

The post was for a friend that is a High Master 1000 yard iron site shooter. He has a number of cases that over the years have had primer pockets enlarged.

He has ordered the Hart tool after your responses. I will report back after he uses his new Hart tool.
