Can y'all please explain the differences between primer pocket reaming and uniforming? Excuse my inexperience.

A primer pocket reamer is used to remove military crimps at the mouth of the primer pocket.
And a primer pocket uniformer makes the primer pockets a uniform depth and does not touch the sides of the primer pocket.
Below a reamer that removes a primer crimp.
Below a uniformer that only removes brass from the bottom of the primer pocket and sets a uniform depth.
And a primer pocket uniformer makes the primer pockets a uniform depth and does not touch the sides of the primer pocket.

Ok so reamer is to remove crimps and uniformer is to correct pocket depth. Thanks again.
