Id pick large if youre shooting a 100+gr bullet but im sure some real experts will be along shortly. Just my experience with the 243

Lapua chose to make their brass with small pockets i am pretty sure. I would consider that some good advise ( from Lapua....not me )..

The military did a study along time ago comparing us designed Berdan style 2 small flash holes vs European designed boxer a single central flash hole . The test clearly showed the Berdan to be superior in velocity and sd numbers .
I know your saying , duh , he's got that backwards Berdan being us and boxer being European but look it up . I'm going from memory so ....
