I bought this in the classified section of this site. FN BR action. Chambered in 6x45. Built by Art Mashburn. Original barrel is gone. It was a chrome moly/blued .222 set up for a Unertl scope. I may have a clone of that put on one of these days. For now, I’ll leave it as is and go shoot a few groups for fun once in a while.

Yes. It, the grip cap, and fore end tip are all laminated wood.

Ah! A man with good taste! Nice looking gun! I bought an old FN actioned 22-250 years ago and bought another from here in 222. I like them! I’ll see if I can find pics.

Thank you. Nice rig you have there. Love that stock and scope. I want to build an old school custom hunting rifle on one of these FN single shots; 300 Weatherby or the Ackley version with Unertl.

Oh yeah, pic was taken at A Mom & Pop gun that is also my FFL for internet purchases.

You may have an internet gun shopping addiction if you notice that the seller put the rifle in a hard case, whereas most do not.

I bought that gun on Gunbroker from a guy in Florida. I bought a “few” guns on the internet. The surprise was finding a Canjar trigger on it.

A local gunsmith is putting together a hunting rifle in 6.5-‘06 on an FN single shot in a Birdseye Maple stock I found on eBay. I can’t seem to make our schedules meet. When I do, I’ll get pics.
