premier or leupold???????

I have a leupold scope boosted by premier that the tracking has pooped the bed. Does anyone know if i send it back to leupold or premier? The elivation is good it is only the windage.

leupold will not do anything for you ....

I know this from personal experiance .

Premier will repair it - probably for free.

I have a Premier reticle in a scope that went TU, Premier repaired it for free.

Even if Premier was willing to fix it, I wouldn't expect them to. Afterall, they didn't cause the problem.

I'd be talkin to Leupold for repair.

For what its worth I had one and Leupold would NOT touche it. But talking with premier they would honer the warranty like before for failures on scopes they had worked on.

Leupold fixed one for a friend, free under warrenty. When he got it back it had no booster, they had removed it. I will check to see if it was returned to him or not, wasn't with the scope.

Send it to Premier, they will honor their warranty as i was told in my last conversation w/them. If its not broken they willnot make any modifications, or takein any new work. Leupold, unless there has been a chage in thinking, will not work on, even for pay, a scope that has been modified by Premier reticle. Your factory Leupold warranty is NULL and VOID. That sucks. Larry
