Prefit 7x57 barrel

Need some input on what you guys recommend for a prefit 7mm barrel for my Ruger 77, 7x57. I'm tired of fighting it. I see McGowen and Pacnor make them and probably some others. Thanks, Barlow
 
The prefits for the Ruger77 still require a finishing reamer.
They're not like a Savage or RPR pre-fits with barrel nuts.
