Hit another ranch for p-dogs today. 460 rounds into them from 2 of us. Could of taken a ton of Snerted pics, but you all know what those p-dogs look like after a vmax pops them into the air.
My barrel wrap kept wet helped to keep its temperature down so my strings didn't melt it.
Pal and I shot from 112 yds to 619 (pals 6.5). Heat mirage was terrible.
You could not glass in any spot without seeing them all over, then deciding which ones to shoot. Do I shoot the ones at 400+ with 6 on top or pop 8 easier shots at 200 yards spread apart. My standard .223 Savage build, pals rigs, 204/223/6.5/22-250
