Precision loading help

I have a new Cooper 6mm Remington, I have new Redding Type S bushing (neck sizing) die set, new W-W cases and a Forster case neck turner. No bushings yet.

So, what should I do, in order? How do I determine what bushings to buy? I don't think I need the bushings to begin.

BikeEffects: Assuming you do not plan on outside neck turning (?), load a round, and measure loaded neck diameter. You will probably get approx. .267", and for that I'm thinking the W-W neck wall thickness may be .012" x 2 = .024" + bullet dia. .243" = loaded round neck dia. of .267". .002" smaller is the recommended bushing size, but if you should run into some brass with thinner or thicker neck walls, it's nice to have one size smaller and larger, so: .264",.265" and .266". The plain steel bushings at $11 each work fine for me.

I actually had planned on neck turning for concentricity. In that case, should I turn first, just to clean up?

Yes, you will have to do the neck turning first to establish an accurate neck wall thickness. If I were neck turning for a factory chamber, it would be a absolute minimum, as you mentioned, just enough to clean up the "high spots".
