Pre-ban Colt HBAR A2

Hi everyone,

Any idea what a pre-ban Colt HBAR with a low round count Hart heavy barrel on it is worth. It's all set up for national match (of the past) LOL. A2 upper and stock, Rock River trigger, floated with national match sights.

Building a new F-Open gun and looking for funds.

With the way ARs are now it's any bodies guess. If its a 12 or 14 twist maybe not much.

NMA2 complete uppers are going for about $500 with low round count and pinned sights, just for the upper. Complete gun and Hart barrel, maybe $800.

unless you can sell it in one of the states where "pre-ban" matters, then you might get two or more times that. Otherwise, for most of of us it's just another AR.

Exactly. I just checked GB and saw some completed auctions for pre ban lowers go for around 1K. If I were selling I would break it up

I seen them on GB sell for $1100-$1200. It would possibly sell on there. I have a SP1 A2 with triangular handguard that I bought in '76. I've seen them sell on there also for as much as $2000.00
