Bought a set of dies and one of them had a problem. Sent it to them with some brass. They repaired it or replaced it, I can't tell which, and sent it back very quickly along with the Brass. Thanks Redding your people are wonderful.

They have always been good to me, even when I busted things. They replaced a die that was putting scratches on my brass too. (I wish I knew why it started scratching the brass.)
