Yes, my first order from "Powder Valley"/What took you so long? "I'll be back". Some of the big names better watch out: here's a company that knows how to treat it's customers.

Yep, they are really great to deal with over at PV. I place a BIG order every 2 months or so and its usually at my door within a week or so, and thats shipping ground from KS to NC. All I do is type up the order, send it in and boom, there is it!

Honestly, as long as they keep their prices great, service even greater, there really isnt any reason to mess around anywhere else!

kansas45 - Man, my banker would be watching me like a hawk if I lived that close to PV! I've only been down there once with some friends to pick up what started out to be a medium/small order of components - wound up staggering out with 2000pcs. of Lapua BR brass & other assorted stuff that more than tripled the tab of my original order. There are times when I wish I lived close enough to drive over to pick up an order and avoid the hazmat, and other times when I'm thankful that I live 200mi. west of there. Whatever - they're good people, and I'm glad they're here in Kansas.

Just another Kudos for Bryan and crew at Powder Valley. Had an issue with one of my orders today and within a phone call to Bryan and one back from him, problem resolved. Long story short, he took care of something that if the big M or some other company had it happen, well, I doubt it would have been squared away as quickly and efficiently as Bryan and PV has done.

Folks, if you want to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere, thats your call, but I know where I will be spending mine.

PV has customer service WAY beyond the others.

Yep, they pack the boxes great. Last fall I purchased 2 bags of shotgun shot (adding it didn't raise shipping, so why not?). The boxes the shot was in had lots of that reinforced tape, and was in great shape.
