Ppc cold weather tunes

If it's above 32 degrees I'm shooting. When loading in winter with N133 does the Temps or the lack of humidity affect the loads more ?I know in warmer weather the humidity affects the tune more for me it seems. Is harmonics affected more by colder Temps ? My mild weather tune was 29.4 but today in 35 degree Temps it was like buckshot. Lol

.1 or .2 additional should get you back . Try it and let us know. I am a firm believer if you load in upper nodes the correction is less severe and not needed as often. Lowest I have ever loaded the 6ppc is 29.5 with 65 to 68 gr bullets. That was only one barrel, usually higher. Yep, brass doesn't last forever but it shoots small. Approach with caution, custom actions only. Long drop tube helps.

Sounds like a good spot. Now shoot it when it's 30 degrees or more colder and see if it stays together. Probably not. Add .1 then .2 and see if that does it. We will soon be shooting winter match in the teens, I will be testing before the first match as I have not shot the 30br with lt30 in the winter yet. I need some education. With H4198 it took .2. Livek and learn. Sometimes a bit deeper in the lands will also help.

Try it out first then you won't have unhappy surprises. Of course that means more work which takes many out of the equation. You know, only crazy folks test loads at 30 degrees. Then again, in my neck of the woods there will be 8- 200 yard score matches with side group matches available over the winter months. At Anderson Creek Sportsman they draw very well.

Jeff thanks for advice. I took it on up today into the higher node of 30.0-30.2 and it shoots amazing agin with hottenstein 68 bt. I need BT likes more powder and I think I've found a sweet spot
