Thursday morning about 6 am ET one of our web developers made a huge mistake with our website. Since that time we have not received any online orders. Our developers have been working diligently to fix this problem. In the meantime we have taken down our website.
Customers who placed orders did not receive their normal email confirmation. However, many may believe that we DID receive their order. If you placed an order between the hours of 6 am ET 10/4 and 12:00 PM 10/5 we probably DID NOT receive the order. Please call us at 800-227-4299.
Any help we can get from spreading the word would be much appreciated. If you were affected by this problem we apologize.
