Powder Valley order on or around 2/14/13 anyone? Update

Did anyone order a couple of 8 lb kegs of 4831sc on or around Feb 14, 2013 from Powder Valley? The reason I ask is, on said date I ordered 3 - 8 lb. kegs of 4831sc and some various other powders for my father-in-law a close friend and me, Well today it showed up and much to my surprise I got 3 - 1 lb. jugs instead of 3 - 8 lb. kegs . Wondering if anybody else got their order mixed up? Hopefully I can sort this out come Monday.

I ordered two 8 pound jugs of H4831SC on 2012-12-26, along with some other stuff. All goods arrived as ordered.

If they run out, that's what happens. I ordered 4 boxes of CCI BR 2 primers. I only got 2 boxes.

Box everything came in says 1 of 1 and my invoice says I paid 152.00 dollars for each one of those bottles.

Look at your invoice and see what it say's. Have the invoice when you call.

Seriously, they just made a mistake. Worst case is that you get the proper credit. Best case is that you get more powder.

I think you just got three 1 lb cans of H4831sc for free.

That is not what you ordered and I'll bet that they won't spend the money (and another HAZMAT charge) to get it back. Plus the liability of taking back powder that has been out of their control.

Just spoke with a very nice lady at powder valley and everything is all squared away! What a great company!
