I,m a happy and loyal PV customer as well, they are a class act.
I also hate the new site. I contacted them with my thoughts on the new site and promptly received a thoughtful response from Bryan Richardson. I encourage anyone not happy with the new site to contact them via their contact page on the site and make your feelings known. Hopefully they will get the message.

I have to retract my previous statement about the new website.

I spent a little time messing with it and it really isn't bad.

With the old site, I could be putting the bullets I was after in three or four clicks. Partly because I'm used to how it was set up.

The new one does allow for the same easy navigation via drop down filters.

I think I'll get used to it rather quickly.

Thanks Joe. We have a few kinks to work out. The feedback we have received so far has been mostly extremely positive. We have had a couple issues on the mobile side that we're still working through, especially for Android users. We tried to combine the old website with new technology. For those who like the old site we worked to make this one function in the same way. When you select the category you want. Just click the filter button and select Brand and hit apply. Then the website shows things in the same way as the old site. The website also offers a lot of new features including the ability to Search. You can also select to compare bullets and brass across multiple manufacturers. For instance. If you want to compare 243 108 bullets across all brands you select Bullets and on the right click Caliber 243 Apply and then click Grain 108 Apply and you can see all of the options on one screen. Want to see 105 bullets too, just click back in the Grain box and add 105 and hit Apply. It's pretty slick and makes for comparing multiple manufacturers much easier. It also provides you with real time inventory which we didn't have with the old site. At any point in time you can see exactly how many of each item we have in inventory. We are going to continue to tweak things and appreciate any recommendations.
