Powder measures on progressive reloaders

I have two Dillon 550s and two Dillon 1050s. Each with one set up for large primers and the other foor small primers. The Dillon Powder measures will throw Ball powders with in .1 but miss their target by .5 with stick powders.

I read up on the rotary powder measures. It was said the Hornaday was as good as the higher end measures. I bought one of the new Hornaday Lock and Load powder measures and a case actuator. It came today. I loaded 100 308 with 42.5 grains of IMR 4895. After getting every thing adjusted I measured evey other load and found no more than .02 weight deviation. Most were within .01. But the big improvement was the smooth operation and no spilt powder. I hightly recomend the new Hornaday powder measure and case actuator.
