Powder for .243 semi-auto?

I plan to handload for my Browning BAR MK3 semi-auto in .243 Winchester with hunting bullets ranging from 80-100 grains. I have read that a medium to faster burning powder is best for gas-driven semi-autos.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

W760 and H4350 both work well in my .243win semi-auto (Rem. R25). The W760 meters very well in my progressive press with case activated powder measure. H4350 using my Chargemaster when loading for longer ranges.

I have a .243 gas gun and found the “Whidden load” of VV N-160 to give good velos and great accuracy with 95-108 gr bullets. ( John Whidden won the long range National a few years back with a .243)
