what kind of powders are affected by wheather? and how will they react in different conditions? are there powders that aren't affected at all?

Hi Luke,

I think biggest factor weather provides is temperature,maybe that's what you meant).

All powders I know are affected by temp. Higher temperatures increase pressure, lower decreases. Each powder reacts to varying degrees.,no pun intended). Hodgdon "Extreme" powders are less affected.
