When that happened, Obama (the all knowing one) threatened a bunch of gun and ammunition control - many states have done it.

So people are buying in a panic.

Bills doesn't have a hazardous material license. So he can't ship. If you live close enough you can pick it up. To far from where I live unfortunately.
