POA-Elevation shift

Shot my mild load toady from 200 to 575 yards and I experienced a 0.1 to 0.2 mil shift in elevation from the last time I shot under similar conditions. I’ll post specifics below about the load and rifle, not sure what is needed so I’ll try to include everything. What would cause that type of shift in elevation? And is that a normal amount of shift? I get that temperature, humidity, wind, etc play a role but I wasn’t expecting that kind of a shift with those seemingly small changes. Just trying to zero in on what’s going on. So far I’ve shot from about 10*F to 40* F with this particular load and I’m always under 1 moa once I figure the wind/elevation out.

Elevation info with conditions:

3/10/19: 33*F / 29.97” / 81% / overcast. Wind 3-5mph steady FV. 200= 0.4mils; 300=1.4; 400=2.3; 500=3.6; 575=4.4

3/3/19: 34*F / 30.08” / 97% / overcast/ wind 8-10mph various shifting directions often, multiple different winds between target.
200=0.6; 300; 1.5; 400=2.4; 500=3.8; 575= 4.6

12/24/18: 26*F / 29.98” / 89%/ overcast/ 2mph 1/2 value wind
100= 0.2; 200= 0.6; 300=1.6; 575=4.7

Rifle Info:
*RPR 6.5 CM
*Factory barrel
*882 rounds down the tube
*Average about 5/8 moa groups at various ranges (could be me or the rifle hard to say).

Load:
*39.0 H4350
*Berger 140 VLDH
*Nosler 2x fired brass (1.910 trim length)
CCI#200 primer
*2433FPS when I check it last in January at 25*F (LabRadar)

2433 fps for 140gr 6.5 Creedmoor seems very slow. Most are running it from 2700 and up. Going as slow as you are, the shift are going to be greater than if you were running the bullets faster. Things like wind and conditions are going to give you greater changes.

.2 Mils = .68 MOA
5/8 MOA = .625 MOA

The shift you are experiencing is within the accuracy average you listed for your rifle. I would concentrate on working up an better load.
