PMC Brass Flash Holes

Has anyone run into this before? These are once fired 308 PMC brass. Might be up to 2 years old, got them from a friend who doesn't reload. These are the worst ones, but none of the 20 cases are on center.

Not surprising...its PMC brass and I've seen it before. Gave the stuff away to a guy who wanted it for hunting and plinking.

Those are for reduced case fill loads...you orient the flash hole down when putting the round in the chamber for igniting the powder settling in the lower half of the case...wait...it is August 1st, not April 1st.

Nevermind...;)

I've seen that in RP and S&B brass as well. I'm not sure whether there is a standard for brass manufacture that says the flash hole has to be in the centre of the primer pocket.
