PMC .223 - What powder do they use

I am trying to duplicate a PMC .223 55 gr boat tail load made by PMC using QL as it is accurate in my short barreled AR. Their website is unresponsive. Does anyone have knowledge as to what powder they may use. Thanks

A best friend was Pres of PMC, and they used a special lot of h322. I have 2000 round of the same factory loaded ammo, Silver line, Sierra 55g BTHP and the stuff shoots a single ragged hole in my custom minimum spec Hart bbl'd 223.
