Just want to give a HUGE Thanks to PMA Tool. I called them a week ago to ask about the viper barrel vice that I have and how two of the bolts became loos in a way that spin out of the vice. PMA suggested that I mail it back to them and they would send me a replacement. I was floored…So I ordered an action wrench and told PMA that I would get it in the mail as soon as I could. Well, they did not wait for my barrel vice to arrive. I received a package yesterday that had my new barrel wrench and a new viper vice. A huge thanks to PMA and their customer support. They went out of their way and I greatly appreciate it.

I've had a recent interaction with Pat, and he handled my request very well.

I had bent an action wrench (!), and he sold me a new one without the t-handle and adjusted the price accordingly. He didn't have to do that.

By the way, even though I put enough torque on the wrench to bend it, his barrel vice didn't slip a bit. Good stuff.

I've ordered a variety of items from PMA and they've always been quick to process and ship. I've never had to call for support, but glad to know they are on it if you do have to call/email!
