I managed to make the F-Class Bench 1,000 yard Match on Friday, it was alot of fun with some of the top shooters shooting.
I was able to shoot to sixth place, sorry I dont have the results for everyone else.
I believe Lou Murdica provided the plaques for the top 10 shooters.
Thanks to the whole crew at Sacramento.

The Friday "F" Bench match was won by Tom Price with a 386, 2ND place was Charles Greer with a 386 with less X's and in 3rd place with a lot more X's but only 385 was ME.......

The first match was fired on the F class target which I won with a 199-10X, Tom with a 198 and Charles with a 197. The second match was on the 1000 yard bench rest target which is a bit smaller and was won by Charles with a 189, Tom with a 188 and my 186.

There was a vote on which target to shoot on for F bench and it was a close vote on either target. Bob Hoppe brought up a couple of good points that any range holding an F bench match will have the 1000 yard bench rest targets, but may not have F-Class 1000 yard targets. Another vote was taken and the 1000 yard bench rest targets will be used for F-Bench matches......

Congratulations to all the winners!!! Coming out on top of the heap after the smoke clears is no small feat. All the top finishers earned their wood.

Sounds like the weather cooperated for five days of great shooting.

Congratulations again;

Great to see you posting and I hope all is well with you.
I was there tuesday thru sunday but missing fridays f-bench match.
It rained both relays on sunday but not enough to hold a vote on wether to continue or go home.We did have 3-4 targets blow off the backer boards that had to be retrieved but all in all the match ran like it always does.
In the 1000 yard event the first bench was the hot ticket yet again with Mr Bangeman shooting very well.
Jay Cutright from Illinois shot extremely well and I tried video-taping his technique but have yet to play the tape back to see what I have.
Get well soon and get back out here.I think they had 32 shooters which is pretty good for the nbrsa as of late.
