Please give me the background on the 22-100 cartridge.

I am looking for information on the 22-100 benchrest cartridge. Can someone give me some background on it. How is it made? The balistics? How successful is it? I looked on line and didn't find anything about it. Thanks, Richard Ramsey, Westerville, Ohio

I owned one for several years. Very, very accurate but hard to make cases for. IMHO.

If you're interested in the 22-100, but are put off by the case prep, try a 220 Beggs. Same capacity, same loads, less case prep.

BTW, Richard, I'm in Springboro, not too far from you. You're more than welcome to try mine out.
