plans for target frames high power rifle?

My club recently opened a 600 yard range and started holding high power matches. We are currently using stationary target frames with no pit service but would like to add the movable target frames so we can run them up and down to spot our shots and score the targets. It sure would make things alot better. Anybody have any plans with material lists or know where we can find them for target frames like that?

Thanks for the response. Have you looked at one of these books? If so, are there plans for building these type frames in this book? When I read the table of contents, I wasn't sure if they were in it or not. I know it mentioned range equipment and maintenance but I couldn't tell if we could start building them from the information in the book.
