Plano Airglide cases

Anyone built their own inserts for a plano airglide. Was given one by a widow recently but the inside are trashed. I've tossed all the "guts". Thoughts on building the cradle inside and materials used. Photos of reference appreciate.

Sure, all You need is packaging/ shipping foam cut to fit. May need contact cement.
Don’t let that Air Glide get away !

Have you tried calling Plano to replace the high-density foam blocks? That would be my first step. If they don't make the inserts anymore, you can cut your own from this:

Memory foam. Spray glue. Either felt or cloth like pool table cover. Glue down. Enjoy
