We had a 250 yard mini clay bird match on June 22 at Pine Valley in Huntsville, TX.
43 shooters signed up, including 5 women shooters which was a new record for us.
Shooting 40 mini clay birds at 250 yds with 40 shots.
At the end of the match only one shooter had broken all 40 clays. We had 4 shooters break 39 birds and they had a shoot-off for 2nd thru 5th place. We paid out $1,000 to the top three shooters.
Before the match, Stick, owner of S&S Precision and many times supporter of Pine Valley, donated $200 to add to the prize money.
First place with 40/40, Stick Starks, won $500.00
Second place with 39/40, JB Cason, won $300.00 (shoot-off winner)
Third place with 39/40, Darrel Martin, won $200.00
