Picatinny mount for Stiller/Viper

looking for a 20 MOA base to fit a Viper with the rail for Kelbly type rings. Chime in if you know someone that sells these.

You can get 20 moa offset rings from Kelby's to fit that rail.

Yeah already have a set. Was having trouble not having enough height because of barrel block on a Bruce Barr aluminum stock. Just used a ball end mill on top plate for 10-50x60 Sightron scope to clear.
