Picatinny base on a 11mm rail

Is there any Picatinny rail that can be attatched to a 11mm rail. If pausible the base should be tilted so that the scope can be used at wery long ranges.

But preferably a Picatinny rail made of stainless steel.

this one is made from titanium,, but stainless should cost about the same.

you can have them custom made, or see if a company like us optics makes them.
