This ingenious annealer was designed and built by Phil Bower in PA. Phil built an unknown quantity and sold them mostly to 1000 yard BR Shooters at Williamsport and elsewhere. A good friend who is now deceased bought this unit and never assembled it and put it to use. I assembled the unit and a Friend produced the video in the below link demonstrating how it works. High quality components were used in this unit. Shell holders are sized 308 and Magnum. Detailed instructions are included. Shell holders are easily made if you have a little lathe. I believe Phil sold these for $400 several years ago. I am offering this unit for $225 shipped. If you want to upgrade your flame annealing this would be the ticket.
