Had a load at 41.5 worked good last year now its showing pressure

I've seen this happen on a few occasions and the carbon ring was responsible. Most folks don't understand what a good cleaning is. So by all means, check this out.

Have you changed brass, powder or lot number, primers? Note that all brass is not created equal, nor is powder or even primers. There are some primers which are softer than others. Switch to a harder primer.
