Peterson 6BR Brass-Reviews?

I was very impressed with the Peterson brass that Tubb was using for 6XC. Very impressed!!! We were running the 115 DTAC at 3200 FPS using the 7 1/2 Remington small primer and the brass looked great even at 3200 FPS with H4350.

I was thinking about switching over to Peterson 6br brass for my next batch. Anyone try it?

i wish.... ive been waiting on Peterson and Starline. Both companies were shooting for early this year, didnt happen. probably be fall or later before they get released.
i will give both a test run.

Everything seems positive. Couple guys over on the hide ran it side by side with Lapua .338 Lapua and liked it better. That’s a bold statement, but it was a very data driven approach, so it at least seems worth a shot, esp since I can drive to their place.

i see that the is a alight differance n case capacity in peterson 6mm r brass verses the 6mm br lapua brass.just hom much is there.i wish to form it to 22 br for my all shilen dga rifle that fdave bruno rechambered to the 22 br lapua case dementions for me 3 yeras ago.

Peterson is probably about as close to Lapua as we can get. I've worked with it in 6BR 6BRX and 260AI so far and it seems fine. Only thing I found is you need to back down a little on the powder especially with the SRP brass if moving from Lapua LRP brass. Loads tend to be a little on the warm side.

I've used Peterson 6BR brass for years, sold off my Lapua and never looked back...
Cleaned and annealed each load, some are now at about 20 cycles and going strong.
Managed to stock up on a delivery of 500pcs to a dealer and after buying 300 was offered another 150pcs for a small discount and chased down the last 50 from a club member that I swapped out 100 Lapua cases for the last 50 Peterson...
I liked it that much!
100pcs went with my old 6BRA and I have a 100pcs in reserve.
Haven't seen it available in OZ for years and it was $3 @ then!
{It was a small independent order and that is one reason for the cost though now a days you won't find Lapua, Norma or anyone's brass for less than just under $3 to $3.50+ for larger calibers...}
Peterson seems to run off batches of brass in different calibers other than .3o8 & .223 which seem to be available all year.
Had to wait for an order of 280AI brass for about 4 months at one point as they had sold all that they had made for the year and as mentioned before... Just put your name down with Graf & Sons and they will contact you.
Currently waiting for some ADG in 7-6.5PRCW that "Should" be available "Some Time" this year...
In the mean time necking up Lapua 6.5PRC to 7mm = $3.50 per case... But at least they are available at the moment!
Bought one lot for $320 per 100 and 4 days later the site price was up to $345... You know who you are... Q Store...{:~(
