I have this inletted for a Marsh action, which is 1&1/8” shorter than a Panda, it has pillars that were for the Marsh, but not sure they will align with Panda. Right bolt, trigger guard, and butt plate included. Stock is a Marsh/McMillan. $375.00 shipped.

I have one you may be interested in. The only downside is it had a left port action glued into it. You can see in the pictures it is only opened up a bit for the port. I would imagine with very little work you could open up the right side. I bought a 30br on this site that was in it.
