Our company policy prohibits us from shipping complete lowers to the state of New Jersey. This is mentioned on the terms and conditions page of our website. If you are not a Law Enforcement Officer, your order will be cancelled in 5 business days if not resolved beforehand.


If you are a Law Enforcement Officer with the intent to use this weapon in the line of duty, please provide a copy of your credentials and a letter on department letterhead signed by your department's superior officer stating that the firearm will be used for duty purposes. PSA only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O’s.

If you'll check their website, you'll find the list of States they don't ship certain components to. Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, California, Maryland, New Jersey, New York.

If I owned palmetto state armory I don’t believe I would even sell to state or local leo. Mark serubu done this with the New York City police department when the requested one of his semi auto 50
Bmg rifles. His email is available online and a good read. I have absolutely nothing against Leo but if the law obeying public can’t buy it neither should the police.

something to understand,if a state bans a certain type of firearm it is illegal for a FFL anywhere else to ship it there,,if a person from California comes into my shop to buy a rifle

Agree about ignorance of the laws. Problem is there are too many political entities in every state making their own laws to keep track of. Death by a thousand cuts is what it's all about.

Palmetto State is in business to make a profit, not to potentially engage the NJ state government in expensive legal battles, even ones they might eventually win. They and many others have simply chosen the path of least resistance. I totally get that. Perhaps common sense also tells them that if enough residents in these areas become fed up with the government stamping on the 2nd Amendment, those residents will then vote to elect new state officials that will act more in accordance with the Constitution. It's not solely Palmetto State Armory's job to fight these battles, the local citizens also bear a large part of the responsibility.
