I purchased this rifle about 6 years, never fired it. It was built by Warner, 95 Palma Reamer 1/13 Krieger and used sparingly for 2004, 2005 in DCRA and some local matches.

Update…..the cheek piece is a Warner, the type that pops off and on, it’s adjustable to pivot, the butt plate is adjustable in and out, up and down, and can rotate

Fine looking piece. I have 2 Barnard Palma, Warner builds myself. If I could only afford a third.
